Sara’s Cutlet

Portion:2-4

ingredient :

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 60 g Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin, Saffron and Turmeric (if desired)
  • Salt & Black Pepper (as desired)

    Preparation:

    • Step 1
      • Boil the potatoes and grate them.
      • Wash the parsley and chop two tablespoons of it.
      • Grate the onion.

    • Step 2
      • Mix the ground beef, grated potatoes, two spoons of chopped parsley, 1 tbsp flour and bread crumbs.
      • Add cinnamon, salt, pepper and if desired saffron, cumin and turmeric. Knead the mixture until it is smooth and add the eggs and knead the mixture a little longer. Now the cutlet mixture is ready.
    • Step 3
      • Spread some bread crumbs on a tray and form the cutlets in the shape of a rectangle or any other form desired.
      • Sprinkle flour on them.
      • Then sprinkle breadcrumbs on them making sure to cover both sides.
      • Pour the oil in the pan and heat it. make sure the oil is very hot and then fry the cutlets.
      • Put the cutlets in a desirable dish and garnish them.
