Beef Pirozhki Roll

Portion:4-6

ingredient :

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 40 g Cream Cheese
  • 60 g Feta or Tabiz Cheese
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 bunches of Spring Onions with stems
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg
  • Garlic (as desired)
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt, Pepper (as desired)
  • Puff Pastry or Pizza Dough

    Preparation:

    • Step 1
      • Chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper into small cubes.
      • Grate the carrot.
      • Finely chop the tomato and spring onions.
      • To make the sauce beat the yogurt, mustard, pepper and a small amount of the chopped spring onions.
      • Preheat oven to 180°C ( 356°F).

    • Step 2
      • Pour the olive oil into a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, bell pepper, Spring onions, carrot, tomato and ground beef.
      • Add the mixture to the two kinds of cheese and beat it until creamy.
      • Spread the puff pastry evenly on a baking sheet and spread the mixture on it.
      • Sprinkle the chopped spring onions over it.
    • Step 3
      • Roll the dough and the mixture in the baking sheet and cut horizontally.
      • Sprinkle the sesame seeds over them.
      • Beat an egg and brush it over the dough.
      • Place it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes.
      • Serve the Pirozhki with the sauce.
